Account deletion request

Use this page to request deletion of your Triagemia account. Requests are handled by FRC Consultores Associados LTDA. The authenticated in-app flow is the safest path; the privacy channel is available when you cannot sign in.
Delete from the app
For an authenticated account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Triagemia with the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings and go to the Danger Zone.
- Select Permanently Delete Account and confirm by typing DELETE.
If you cannot sign in
Send the request from the account email address to contato@frcconsultores.com.br. Include the account email and identify the request as an account deletion request. Do not include unnecessary clinical or patient information.

- The Firebase Authentication account and the associated registration profile.
- Patient records, reports, triage tokens, indexes, and other data linked to the account, subject to the retention rules below.
Legal retention
Requests are assessed under applicable legal and professional retention duties. The UID-keyed professional entitlement and Triagemia billing projections are deleted with the account; raw store tokens/JWS are never exported. The Apple App Store or Google Play remains the source for any billing history or receipt it retains, and the privacy channel will explain any separate legal retention exception.
