About Triagemia

Triagemia is a clinical platform for reasoning support, triage, and clinical structuring for mental health professionals.

Purpose

Developed for health professionals, the solution systematizes the collection of clinical histories (anamnesis) and transdiagnostic tracking through digital scales. The system organizes the complexity of clinical data to optimize the professional's time and focus on the therapeutic alliance.

Clinical Safety and Risk Matrix

  • Risk Alerts (Red Flags): The system uses algorithms to highlight critical keywords (e.g., suicidal ideation), but the absence of an alert does not guarantee the absence of risk (False Negative).
  • Mathematical Scores: Severity scores are mathematical models, not clinical judgments. They must always be contextualized by the professional.
  • Divergence Protocol: In the event of a divergence between the system's suggestion and the physician's assessment, the human assessment always prevails (Gold Standard).

Notices and Compliance

  • No diagnosis: The platform is a support tool for clinical reasoning and does not issue automated reports or diagnoses.
  • Technical Responsibility: All processed information must be validated exclusively by the attending professional.
  • LGPD Compliance: The platform operates under Privacy by Design principles, ensuring the protection of sensitive data in accordance with Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD).
  • Restricted Use: System for exclusive use by physicians and licensed health professionals.

Triagemia is software that supports organization and analysis of clinical data. It does not diagnose, replace a medical evaluation, or provide medical services.
