Terms of Use

1. Nature of the Service

Triagemia is a digital service for licensed health professionals that supports clinical triage and reasoning without providing diagnoses. Professional full access is provided through a monthly or annual subscription purchased only in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Patient triage-token completion remains free. It is developed, licensed, and operated by FRC Consultores Associados LTDA, Brazilian company tax ID (CNPJ) 22.052.463/0001-30, the contracting entity for these Terms.

2. Clinical Responsibility and Safety

The platform does not provide diagnoses. The final clinical decision is the sole responsibility of the licensed professional.

2.1 Exclusion of Emergencies

Triagemia must NOT be used in medical emergency situations or acute psychiatric crises (e.g., imminent risk of suicide or violence toward others). In these cases, the professional must immediately follow local emergency protocols, regardless of the system's suggestions.

2.2 AI Supervision (Human-in-the-loop)

The use of Generative Artificial Intelligence carries the risk of "hallucinations" (inaccurate information). The User agrees that they will never copy/paste AI suggestions into official medical records without prior validation and correction. "Human-in-the-loop" (human oversight) is a mandatory condition of use.

3. Eligibility

Access is restricted to health professionals with an active registration with their professional council. Use by laypersons for self-diagnosis purposes is prohibited.

4. Access and Cost

Access to the current version of Triagemia is a professional store subscription. The Brazilian reference prices are R$ 79.90 per month or R$ 799.00 per year. Outside Brazil, the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play listing displays the localized price and currency. On the first server-side professional access after billing enforcement is activated, Triagemia grants one 30-day promotional trial without a payment card; the trial never restarts and is not a store introductory offer. Subscriptions renew according to the selected store terms. Renewal, cancellation, and refund requests must be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Triagemia receives purchase and transaction identifiers to validate the shared entitlement, but never offers Stripe, a web checkout, or another direct payment path. Deleting a Triagemia account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the applicable store before deletion. After expiration or revocation, professional access becomes read-only while patient triage-token completion remains available.

5. Data Protection (LGPD)

FRC Consultores Associados LTDA operates Triagemia in compliance with Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD). For data processing purposes:

• Professional account controller: FRC Consultores Associados LTDA controls account, security, support, and legally required data.
• Patient data controller: The User (health professional) is the controller of their patients' data.
• Patient data processor: FRC Consultores Associados LTDA is the processor that provides the technological infrastructure.

The User declares that they have obtained the necessary authorizations from their patients for the processing of data on digital platforms, in accordance with the ethical standards of their profession. The platform guarantees the security of the infrastructure, while the User is responsible for the ethical use and confidentiality of access credentials.
